Ol Istria extra virgin olive oil has for years been a synonym and quality standard for Istrian olive oils, as confirmed by the numerous awards this oil wins year after year. Under the Ol Istria name there are single-variety olive oils made from Picholine, Pendolino, Ascolana, Leccino and the autochthonous variety Istarska bjelica, as well as an extra virgin olive oil made from a selection of several olive varieties of excellent quality.
