The Dingač from Saints Hills is a single-variety Plavac Mali from the Sv. Lucija vineyard in the famous Dingač site on the Pelješac peninsula – here in the magnum bottle. It ferments partly in large wooden vats, partly in barrique, matures for 18 to 24 months in French barriques and then rests for at least six months in the bottle.
