Mala Nevina is the second white cuvée from Saints Hills, made from Istrian Malvasia (72%) and Chardonnay (28%) from the Sv. Ante vineyard in Istria – here in the magnum bottle. The wine matures for six to nine months, 30% of it in new French oak barrels from three different cooperages, and is released earlier than the first cuvée, Nevina, of the same vintage.
